There whole service is messed up do not waste your time with these
The 5 star reviews must be fake . Not an awful doctors but needs a lot of improvement they don't work like a normal surgeries. Don't deserve more then one star till improvements have been made .
Never had an issue with Tudor Medical Centre. Reception Team are always polite. Clean waiting room and friendly Doctors. My only issue hence 4 stars is that you have to book a double appointment if more than one issue. Should be displayed better.
Once again the reception letting down an otherwise good surgery. Rude unapproachable and unhelpful. Maybe instead of extending your medical center, maybe you should invest in more training for your reception staff such as customer awareness, interpersonal skills etc. As a nurse if I had a patient feel the way I was made to feel and they complained then I would have been pulled up about it. It is evident that this is the norm behaviour. This needs to be addressed as the reviews speak volumes.
Never write reviews normally , but I am disgusted in the way the lady I spoke to at reception handled my call. She advised me to call back before 9:30Am and attempted several times to end the call without answering my question.
