Seriously a waste of time. Trying to ring at 8 to get a same day appointment. No answer. My son is ill and i will have to take my son to urgent care. I agree with the other reviewers...this place needs an investigation ASAP. So unprofessional. The receptionists lack people skills (one in particular needs to retire). They don't haveva clue about what data protection means. They'll happily shout your confidential business across the waiting room. They need retraining. The female doctor there is 'rushy' and rude and you'll probably end up leaving there with no type of diagnosis.
Carn,t get through 2 them and, when ringing kept cutting me off and then was engaged for 5 minutes . receptionist wants 2 no ins and out . It is supposed to be confidential . not happy at all
This surgery is shocking, the reception staff are awful and have no people skills. While sitting in the waiting room I heard them gossiping about a patient that had just walked out the door. Totally disrespectful. The best doctor was doctor George but he has since retired and the female doctor is rude. She sent our little girl home only to be admitted to hospital several hours later. Needs knocking down. I have had to give it one star to post a review but I would give it minus if I could. I'm sure an investigation is needed there.
It says its open from 8 yet I go to call and it says the reception is closed. Useful
