I was very unhappy with the deal I had with my diesel Q3 . I purchased it under a PCP in 2013 and paid a deposit of 3750. By the time I came to finish the four year agreement the value of my car had dropped by 50% so all the equity I had put in was lost. My car was in perfect condition with really low mileage but in the end I handed it back as the balloon payment of 16101.75 was practically what it was worth . Although this is a while ago I have been looking back over the paperwork as Audi contact me very often . I am much more interesting to them now Im not a customer than I was when I was a customer . I dont think I will ever have another Audi although the Q3 was a lovely car .
Very professional, booked in for car service. Welcomed on arrival, parking space allocated, offered hot or cold drink, courtesy car clean and ready to go. My car washed and ready for collection a few hours later. Always kept upto date with any issues and progress.
Generally good serviceHate having to wait to collect the car they insist on you seeing the same person you dropped the car of to.After service and new brakes they didnt valet the car normally a standard from dealers was a little disappointed with this
Service was really good. My only issue was that my car was not washed properly and I had to get it washed somewhere else after which is really annoying. Next time I won't ask for it to be washed.My invoice showed a different spec and I had to request a correct one to be sent which was quick, so I'm happy that got sorted quick. Apart from that I'm happy with the service I received and will definitely go back again.
I had the most amazing and brilliant customer service experience at Wolverhampton Audi. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wasn't pressured into buying the car and my the sales executive Russell Cooper, made the entire experience amazing. He listened to all the aspects of a car that I wanted and was able to recommend good choices for me. Russell was very helpful and was genuinely a very friendly and welcoming person. I will always buy a car from Russell. I also loved receiving the small video that was made, when my car arrived at the dealership.
