Some staff kept dissapearing on jobs and errands so little continuity on sales in front of customer. One staff member was asked to finish the sale for me, tax and pay, but kept on taking phone calls and ignored us. The impression was one of overall lack of professionalism. Having said that some of the staff were lovely. Evans Halshaw, you need to up your game on staff training please. If you want more specific feed back then contact me. Had my first visit to this branch Saturday, was my first time at Evans Halshaw. Have now officially bought the car, was greeted when entering and all staff were friendly. Was assisted with finding a car that I was happy with and got great customer service and advice from Cory Clarke. Extremely happy with my purchase and the services provided with it. If I ever get a new car, hopefully in the far future I would definitely come back.
