Came in for a service on my car and was genuinely astonished by the amazing customer service by all members of staff. I would like to point out how lovely your reception team are. One lady in particular was beyond lovely. I believe her name to be Emma possibly Emily? Long dark hair and bright eyes. A credit to your team at BMW being ever so friendly and yet professional. The service team were quick and informative. I cannot remember the service advisors name but he was a Middle Aged Asian man and was very informative. Upon my return to my collect my car I dealt with a different advisor and he was also very helpful and friendly I believe his name to be will? Its nice to go to a dealership where staff take a genuine interest in you and make conversation and also look after you. Both service advisors and the young lady on reception made my experience one to remember. Genuine customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this branch and look forward to returning in the future.
Not impressed with the service here. Only had my car for 3 weeks and its already got an issue which cropped up less than 24 hours of me driving me away with it. Spoke to somebody on the phone who said to bring it in. When I asked at what time I was told any. Turned up and now I have to wait 2.5 hours for it to be looked at. Not been given a courtesy car and wouldnt be given a lift back to my house. Disgusting service. I will not be getting car my serviced here again going forward nor will I ever buy another car from here and I certainly wont be recommending any friends and family.
Took my car in twice once for climate control call back and messed it up. Second time for some battery wire and gave me car back with car door messed up, copper everywhere and tools left in the car. Lidya the Manager is rude and ignorant, she will not admit these mistakes. I have pictures so I'll start a blog about them. Never use them. No customer care skills by manager and she failed to acknowledge that you messed my car up twice, left copper everywhere and your bloody tools but you think I will buy anything you say now?
Picked up my M240i today from BMW Rybrook Wolverhampton. If you are looking to buy a BMW this is the place to go to. I hadnt even seen the car until I went to pick it up today and it was exactly how I expected to be and more. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from Jason Westbury and Jason Bailey, they are both a true credit to the dealership and brand.Thank you both!!
Slight problem with my new car where the brakes were vibrating at motorway speeds. As ever, excellent service - from booking the vehicle in to the experience in the dealership and feedback throughout the process. All sorted under warranty and car returned fully valeted.
