I wouldn't use Wolverhampton kia again , first of all when we collected the car we had no matt's so I called Dave the sales man that sold me the car and asked about matt's and he was very rude and we ended up having an argument, I was called by the manager saying he would give me 20% off the price of the matts which was fair enough but on collecting my matt's he asked me not to complain about Dave the sales man becease it will look bad on his show room so I didn't, I took my car in for a service last year paid the extra money to have a proper clean only to find out it hadn't been cleaned at all , I again phoned to complain and was told to take the car back ( (like we haven't got better things to be doing ) I cleaned it myself , and today again my car went in for a service and mot only to be overcharged for the insurance on the courtesy car and again there has not been a Hoover anywhere near that car but on the paperwork it says washed and hoovered , I called and they said they would take the over charge off the next bill with them but I told them to keep it becease i won't ever be going back to Wolverhampton kia
