Great service by a salesperson called James Hall. Fixed all issues with the car within a week. Great service and very friendly too. Not pushy, very informed purchase made even better by James.
It's a shame it's been the closest ro Bham for a few years but they provide a good service. Albeit waiting for warranty service appts tends to be 2 wks+

Totally ignored by staff - left after 15 mins looking at several showroom models and the used vehicles Staff just stood about as if we weren't there. Very surreal.....perhaps spellings cars isn't their thing?
I've been with Renault Wolverhampton for several years now and have always found the staff helpful and friendly. Last week after I had dropped my car at the garage they arranged for one of the staff to drop me at work because I couldn't get a taxi. Excellent customer service, and above and beyond what you would expect.
