Products can be a mixed bag, especially in terms of housing smaller animals like hamsters. Selection of fish is adequate but they seem very well looked after. Staff are helpful.
I called in yesterday to pick up some specialist cat food (Hills y/d Thyroid Care) that we had ordered online for collection. The staff were very helpful and genuinely interested in our pet cat who has, we think, hyperthyroidism. Very good
Kids loved seeing the animals, they are very well looked after. We went to collect a delivery that should have arrived 2 days ago. Not there, no explanation why. Won't order in again.
