Recently I brought 2 chinese dwarf hamsters and they seemed to be in good care when I was there. A staff member said they wouldnt fight when put together unfortunately they did fight a little but that wasn't the staff's fault because I did buy both of them from separate cages so they weren't very fond but they are getting along great now! The staff were very friendly when I came and offered to help me carry the cage. Today I came in and was going to buy a guinea pig and I asked how many I should buy and the staff member said it was ok to buy 1 however I found out they need to be in pairs. I found a guinea pig I liked which had a bad eye and they said they would take take it to the vets for me which was nice. I would recommend people to go there.
They knew nothing about the animals, I wasn't even told the sex of the pet I brought. Two days later we believe she has fleas. The cages the animals were kept in were filthy and the staff member was useless. It's a shame there isn't a 0 star option!
When I rang in I asked if they have any dwarf hamsters and she said "no thank u bye"
