I go here alot for petstuff and it always has a good range. I bought my dog a tog at Christmas but it only lasted a couple of hours when she broke it and I found it was filled with shredded plastic. A manufacturing problem. She choked alot but was ok. They have a good range of products and good offers.
What a helpful gentleman! We have a fussy sensitive dog and the shop assistant (or maybe owner?) was very useful giving us samples and lots of advice. We'll definitely retun. Thank you
Previously really impressed with this store and all the staff. Today I went in to collect some Royal Canin biscuits I had put by, and although the store wasn't busy and there was just one other customer, who was being served, Glynne let the rest of the team down completely by telling the lady who was serving me and putting my points through on my Royal Canin loyalty card that she should leave that in favour of other customers. Glynne, I hope you can learn from your mistakes and from your colleagues, I was really shocked by your attitude, with me standing right in front of you too, shameful. Three stars, only due to your colleagues, certainly not to your attitude towards your customers.

Needed a cool mat for my American bull dog went on Friday brought one straightaway with a cool coat too. Can't believe they had them in stock with the weather being so hot but thank God they did. If your in need of anything for a pet visit this shop you won't be disappointed.
