Excellent pet shop, helpful staff who quite clearly know their animal information, also has a groomers at the premises too
Huggle pets was brilliant my brother went there to look at potential new pets, the staff were extremely helpful and helped up with the perfect set up for his newly chosen white tree frogs. I would 100% recommend. Everything in the picture was purchased from the store, everything came with instructions so was very straight forward to put together.
Took my cavalier for a full groom as they had a special offer on......wish I hadn't gone !!!!! Asked for a short cut but not a skinhead but basically just skimmed the coat which was a very rough cut made the fur look brittle and rough !!! Told the young girl to take just the ends off the tail as Cavs look beautiful with their long fan like tails and she chopped most of it off !!!! The young girl said she had been grooming for 3 years ..... she seemed like a trainee to me. I will not be going back to this store ever again !!!
Love this place. Great staff who are really friendly & helpful, fantastic products & the kids love going there to look at the animals. Wish they were still just up the road instead of a car drive away now
