Some of the fixtures and decorating may be a bit dated, however the staff are very polite and always willing to help. i don't come from the West Midlands area and they have always made me feel welcome. The rooms are certainly value for money and i would recommend to anyone who is staying in the Wolverhampton area. The City centre is only a 10 min walk. so everything is on your door step.
I arrived into Wolverhampton after a long exhausting day at Dublin airport. To find there were issues with my reservation at another hotel. I tried a few more places that were all booked. One manager called here and told them about me " a damsel in distress." My knight in shiny armor gave me a room. Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed. A true value for my pounds. This place met all my hotel needs. Forever grateful for their kindness to this stranger on a cold dark night.
