Great value for money. Clean room with freshly renovated bathroom. Great breakfast with veggie sausage and good coffee. Veg lasagna for dinner very tasty and well stocked bar. Staff will look after you, and Claudia is a real gem. Definitely will stay there again.
Excellent hotel and just that little bit different. Good to be in something other than a chain. Claudia so friendly and a credit to the Ely. Close to town centre and amenities. Great location for civic hall and as we were attending an event at the Slade rooms
Lovely place, I got the cheapest room so I did not have high expectations. My room was charming and very comfortable. I ordered food from the bar , it was lovely a bit expensive for a cottage pie but it was very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Stayed one night . Arrived early as we were going to a lunchtime wedding. The reception could not have been helpful and accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean and had everything that we required. Drinks at the bar at 11pm when we got in. Great service and value for money. All enjoyed the breakfast very much.
