Stayed here with work and hotel is fine and clean. Pub just across the way has good food and staff are friendly. Good location just off the ring road

A new building right behind the station. Nice staff. Cheap and comfy tho the room was cold.
Another really good Premier Inn. I've lost count of my Premier Inn reviews, but I've stayed in lots of them, in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Wolverhampton city centre is another good one: same good quality, clean room, excellent bed, a quiet night's sleep, decent food and superb staff. This one scores well on location - it's immediately behind the railway station - and its bar is more like a real pub than a lot of others. You wouldn't feel uncomfortable just going in for a drink. My only disappointment was the flasks of pre-made coffee at breakfast: I've got used to the self- service Costa machines a lot of other Premier Inns have now.
Apart from being slightly awkward to get to because of the road works and or not being well signposted at all, (not premier inns fault) Absolutely no complaints about the room/hotel at all. If you want something to pick at, the vending machine prices are extortionate. Get room 19/20 or 21 as these are the best rooms in the hotel. Staff are a credit to Wolverhampton. Lovely n friendly.
