A lovely hotel clean and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely you could eat as much as you wanted. If ever I stop in Wolverhampton I will use that again.
Absolute joke, was at a training event so visited the hotel the night before to check where it was, enjoyed a glass of wine and the bar and then left. Shortly after, I received a 100 fine for not putting my registration number into a computer at reception. OK, I thought, I'll call the hotel and explain and they would sort it out. I was surprised to in fact be told that there is nothing that they can do and I will just have to pay the fine! Works out to be a VERY expensive glass of wine and I will definitely not be staying here again!
Nice hotel in a nice location close to the railway station. Clean and tidy. I stayed there on a business trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a very positive feeling
Nice clean hotel in the centre of Wolverhampton. It's a very short from the train and bus station making it ideal for public transport access. The staff are friendly and there's a bar and restaurant. The room was clean and the shower was decent. The only issue I had was the parking charge, something I was not aware of when booking.
Nice clean room. Large king bed (not 2 singles like most this price). Large enough room. Quiet. Tea, coffee facilities, safe and fridge in room. Easy check in. HD TV. Large desk for work. Overall happy.
