Staff niceRoom not as expect. Not kept up to standard. Not double bed. Just two singles pushed together. Corridors smelt of smoke....Pay Nd display car park where we paid but don't actually need to display anything and expected to be free car park.
Very pleasant hotel with helpful staff. Good bar and cafe. The downside is that I was awoken at 5.30am with the sound of staff dragging trolleys around outside and the loud noise of bottles being emptied into the bin. I will ask for a room on the other side next time.
Over priced... beds are uncomfortable springs popping out chewing gum in lamp. Absolutely gobsmacked this has had good reviews.
Comfy bed and clean but very noisy. We arrived late for a conference the next morning so weren't here 12 hours but apart from the young lady who took our money for breakfast the staff were incredibly rude. Manners cost nothing and if you don't want to work there then do everyone a favour and leave
Our bedroom and shower room were both very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows . Very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet even when the hotel was full. Parking on site which is always a bonus.
