Great place to exercise! Separate changing rooms with toilets and showers, you have to pick yourself up a lock as you don't get them provided with the lockers, they do have a locker and water dispenser if needed also bring your own face cloth with you, they have tables and chairs if you want to take a break, added bonus is it is right next to Sainsbury's so if you feel peckish after a good workout you can grab a snack from their, would highly recommendGreat staff you can connect to their WiFi for free with your entry code number you get always have great offers like take your friend for free and no contact fees check them out online as offers do change
Great gym, plenty of equipment. Great value for money
Good range of equipment, water fountains dotted about and vending machines. Nice toilets. Really secure. Only negatives I can think of is that it gets quite busy and the equipment goes up in Pounds. It has Kg on the side but different to what I'm used to.
