Bit busy at times but top quality gym
What's great about this gym is that it is open 24/7 it literally never closes so you can go in there at whatever preferred time and work out.There isn't a reception or a desk as you enter the gym with a pin that you buy from a membership subscription online, however there are some staff that are there to assist you if you have any enquiries or help but they don't stare at you so you can comfortably do your thing.There are lockers.. obviously, showers and blow dryers in the changing room if you want to freshen up before you leave.When you enter there are some pin secured slider doors, enter pin get in, no pin, no in :)Overall this is a classy gym, best time to go is 8pm where there is a sense of company but also quiet and not crowdy.
After a certain hour you cant go to the locker room, not even by typing the code. You do have lockers outside the room but if i work nightshift and i want to take a shower at the gym after my workout or if i want to go to the bathroom i have to ask the cleaning lady to open up the door, she's also a little bit mean i asked her politely and she was pretty rude, she should know that she's working with people.
A good nice gym- no pool, but always enough equipment. Not many staff around.
Large gym, lots of equipment, very nice facilities, showers, free parking, good selection of protein and energy foods in the vending machines, open 24 hours a day, offering classes and personal trainers and a very nice crowd of people who use it. What more can you ask from a gym?
