Good gym been since it opened, staff are a bit naff in the day but Tony is spot on . Equipment is of a high standard, can get overcroweded as it is popular but overall great place to train

Kind of old school gym! It has every thing you need to train. Has a boxing ring, boxing bags and other cardio machines. Its good but need improvments! The toilets need to be cleaned more often.
Well done to the guys at this gym, well thought out as machinery is all sectioned off into segments for different exercise ie back, chest, arms etc cardio is upstairs next to the boxing ring. Keep up the good work guys, see you in a minute
Good gym.... Something for everyone and definitely different from pure gym. Music is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
