Nice supermarket to sometimes have a look around and buy things when over that way.
As ever everything is brilliant until you reach the till, takes longer to pay than it does to shop. Only 3 tills open with 4 or more at each till, with more than 15/20 items each. All staff are A1 please keep an eye on the queues.
Good place to shop for good quality but lower priced groceries. However, I have always found most of the staff there to be incredibly rude, unfriendly and unprofessional... the manager especially
Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Looks like an interesting store with an interesting selection of produce....but your staff lack basic courtesy and do not respond to basic civility so I will take my money and shop elsewhere
We visited your store today.i buy food in batches and I wanted tinned salmon so I put in the trolley 24 tins along with my other shopping.as far as I am aware there was no warning or information about a shortage and no sign to say that purchasers were limited to six cans per customer .It was embarrassing.,for both myself and the cashier who kept saying it was not her fault .which of course it was not and not mine either .I would suggest that in the future if an item is limited due to a shortage that a sign clearly stating a maximum no per customer is to be seen to prevent embarrassment for both customers and staff .I would expect at least an apology
