Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the security and especially the manager... I bought hot food and because I didnt want it get cold I ate in the shop. On my way out the security and the manager stopped me questioning asking me why I havent paid, automatically assumed, even though I did pay and I had the receipt in my pocket. The manager is a rude arrogant S.O.B and racially profiled me and my friends. Loads of other customers walked passed and alarmed went yet no one attended to them or stopped them... 2019 this in unacceptable and disgusting!! Everyone PLEASE retain your receipt ESPECIALLY if your ASIAN...
If I could I would give a minus star for ASDA home deliver, pathetic excuse could not find my address. Im not out in space that the address could not be found.Why not give me a call as I left a note with my number for the driver but no they rather take it back to the store.Well Ive cancelled my order so you can put it back on the shelves.Spoke to a lovely man who took my call thank you to him.
On 2 separate occasions, the security guard has held my shopping for me while I got some money for the taxi. Excellent customer service, especially from him.
Came across this person called Haroon Ali. He directed me with assistance as to where each product is, as this is the first time I've been to the store. Great service and great store. 100% recommend.
Will not be shopping here again. Spent over 70 within the last 2 weeks and on both time I've been sent a 70 car parking fine. Asda can stuff it now I'll spend my money else were.
