We contacted this agent twice on consecutive days and both times the phone was very slow to be answered and we were told that the person we needed would ring us back. This was over two weeks ago and still no phone call. Not very professional and how do they expect to sell houses with this sort of service? Shame for them really because we market 2-3 houses a year on average so they have lost a potentially valuable customer.

The team were great they kept us up to date at all times. We were given detailed information on viewings, names, how many would be attending etc.When attending the branch the reception staff noted your name and you felt that they worked as a family and that you were as important as the next person.
