Simon came to repair leak in bathroom and check boiler yesterday, very efficient and cleaned up what a lovely guy, would recommend him to anyone.

Called him about replacing a radiator valve (trv) came around that day to take a look at the standard radiator and valve and said hed call me the next day with a quote.... Still waiting for the quote. Unknown to me until after calling him, my mother in law had also called him for a quote for some larger work in their house... He didnt get back to them too. Additionally Ive heard hes done this to other customers too. Im not sure how hes still operating a business if hes not actually getting back to people. Id imagine most people would explain their problem over the phone, if it sounds like something youre not interested in undertaking stop wasting peoples time by going to their homes.
