The service provided was excellent - very prompt too. Basically, my drains were cleared and a really thorough explanation was given with regard to the drainage in our garden and to our house. I would suggest customers give thought to using this service provider - a reasonable price, fair and considerate.
First class service. I would highly recommend Mathew and his company, it was only by luck that I found this man when I had problems with my drains. I am so pleased I did, there are so many other companies that will charge you much more and do a bad job.This company will give you a price and stick to it, they are very polite and helpful, they do not leave until the job is complete. Matthew and his colleague, Daz, have now completed three jobs in my home. In the first instance they replaced some old piping and in the second they co-ordinated the installation of a new central heating system. In the third, they re-fitted my bathroom. All their work has been done to a very high standard. Their advice in planning the bathroom was very helpful. During each job, they have been very considerate, always arriving at the agreed time and tidying up at the end of each day. They have always met any problems that have cropped up working on an older property with a 'can-do' attitude. Do I recommend M J Monk Plumbing? You betcha I do - without reservation! I cannot wait to see what magic they'll work when they return to overhaul my dated kitchen.
