Dear Mr M. Hughes. Rather than make a snide comment about me in your correspondence, I suggest you try doing it to my face. UNDERSTAND? My benefits have been cut by 200 per month. And we all know why. It's so that the government can afford to pay for all the Polish immigrants who come into the UK to scrounge benefits and use our NHS services. Why is this allowed to happen? The person who made the decision to cut my benefits will need to watch their back from now own. Have a safe journey home Mr Hughes. This is war.
disgusting waited 90 minuets after my appointment time to be seen my cousin's who assessment has a panic attack and had to ask to a separate room to wait in so i could calm him down. rubbish centre
Staff very helpful. But the place looks like a dive, sad to say.
Oppressive atmosphere, security checks on entry, & the parking wardens are ready to pounce in a heartbeat.
I suppose it all comes down to who you see but the lady I saw was very nice and treated me nicely.Wait time was minimal and the actual assessment took about 30 minutes.Loads of parking down Clarence street 50m away from the entrance. The seats in the waiting room were very comfy too.
