Been on the phone for over 30 mins just to speak to anyone. The music does not help pass the time
The online service is of a good standard. The issue that I identified was addressed within 48 hours. The telephone service has a long waiting time and could do with a message advising callers how long they are likely to wait. In view of the recent cuts in expenditure the service offered is still of a good standard.
Whenever I have to contact the council it gives me a headache. The waiting times are a laugh and they NEVER get anything right first time. It's like hitting my head against a brick wall every time. You'd think being a city council they would try to hire competent people!
Just west of time if there was lower then 1 star I will love to give.
