Very rude receptionists. I was advised by 111 to call for a Telephone Consultation within 1 hour. We cant do that. Take some paracetamol was the answer. Absolute joke!!!
gave up my app today to ask if i can get callback instead waited till 6pm and then phoned to ask if doctor was still ringing only to be told he was going home its getting a bloody joke just lately yes i do see doctor regular at the moment as i have a few ongoing problems i dont like going at the best of times but its as though they not bothered anymore are we not supposed to put faith in these people this is second time this has happened and dont get me started on the wait time when you call at 8am
These are a joke they tell you to phone at 8am put in a queue for 20 mins to be told no appointments left disgusting service

Doctor's and nursing staff are good but one of the receptionists is a really rude. I asked for a copy of my blood results which I am legally allowed. She told me no because she wasn't happy to print them and if I wanted them book an appointment for the doctor to print it off!
