The receptionist Kerri is very rude every time I ring she s is always rude on phone and over speaks me and had enough of this each time I ring I am now looking for a new doctors they need to look into the way staff handle their calls don't not bother with this surgery doctors are good but reception is a joke
Im yet to be able to get an appointment after being registered for 6months, its a good thing i have friends that are in the medical field.I tried to arrange a blood test and an Asian receptionist quite rudely shouted down the phone that I'd need a pre medical, i asked what that mean and she continued shouting.Im not sure who trained or hired you but please find another job like cleaning where you do not have to engage with humans!!!!
Absolute joke of a surgery can never get appointments never give you results deny you prescribed medication if I could give no star I would wouldn't bother wasting your time
I would say great staff, i moved from London to here findout this surgery is one of the best , really recommend this .
One of the Doctors there is ,Not good at all you don't get your sample results on time . Twice it has taken me more than a week to get my sample results. Even when you go with your child one of the Doctors does not even check your child temp or examine the kid at all you get to be asked is what's wrong with him/her and you are given a prescription that's it. The female Docs are good and the nurses and the practitioner female nurse . As for this one particular Doc I have been forced to leave the surgery unfortunately.
