I have been shopping in this store for many years and am sorry to see the steady decline over the last few years in particular. Personally I think the current store manager has alot to answer for in regards to the deterioration, standards have dropped , many of the old familiar staff have left, the current staff look depressed and freezing many wearing scarves to keep warm .....such a shame and sad to witness.
Great store, but seems to have lost some trade. Nonetheless you can pretty always find what you are looking for.
Staff are very unhappy and it shows in their customer service! Freezing cold in temperature and ambience ... such a shame to see the demise of this once great store!
A nice enough store with charm but it has seen better days. With a little investment it would be wonderful.
No one greets or entices you to engage with their products as you enter the store as was the norm and still is will other Department stores. I asked about stylish and elegant soft bras, but was direct to Sports section after been shown the limited unsophisticated soft bras in the department.
