A girl by the name Jade (customer service assistant) has no life in her. Very dull service. She needs a prep talk on attitude towards customers. Most depressing service ever. No bye, no smile and small talk. Just full of arrogance.
Only one person on the till and a long queue.I couldn't believe that the member of staff did not call for help. Since Argos moved into Sainsbury's the service has gone backwards. Bentley Bridge runs much more efficient.
how nice to have an Argos store within a store. You can get all your shopping and more under one roof. They even have ring and reserve which is a good idea if your short of time. If you've parked on the free carpark there's no hurry to do shopping or to pick up orders from Argos. Try and pick a new catalogue up while there it's worth having a look through and check what money can be saved.
