First time visit to the surgery recently. As a nervous dental surgery visitor, the dentist I saw was so calm and patient and immediately put me at ease. So thorough and not rushed which was a bonus. Thank you!
Very friendly and professional staff and so accommodating. I'm really pleased with the treatment I received and the advice I was provided with by the dentist. They also made sure I knew who to contact if I had any problems. I would absolutely recommend this practice to my family and friends.
I attended this dentist with terrible toothache.I was welcomed by a very friendly reception staff and the practice was nice looking and modern.The dentist and nurse were very reassuring and made the whole experience very relaxing, and most importantly got me out of pain!I have registered and will be going back regularly. Great service!
Appointments available after 20 days as more immediate ones are chargeable. If you need a root canal you may as well go private because the young man I was seen by, as an NHS patient,clearly said that he could not do it but if I was to be referred by him to a private Dentist and at the cost of 500 they would most definitely be able to do it. I was in pain the whole time as the local anaesthetic did not get the main nerve, I was given the option to extract a perfectly healthy tooth because it's the easy thing to do. Although I had kept my teeth immaculately clean I was told there was an infection but given no antibiotics to fight the infection and then I just had to ask for a temporary filling so that I could get out of there with at least my tooth being temporarily treated , to my surprise he did that, close up an alleged infection. I paid 59,10 which is the 2nd NHS band and it should be all I should have to pay to include the root canal, not be asked to go and pay hundreds of pounds privately. .. No wonder at the waiting area they have a big sign asking patients NOT to rate them bad if they have a complaint. Very unprofessional and unethical. Time for our NHS to look into complains for issues like this. 1* for the polite reception.
