I came to this practise for the first time in 2016 and honestly i was very nervouse and scared, i was immediately booked into have my 3 fillings done and that was that, when the day arrived for me to have my fillings done i was told i needed another 2 done right now!!!! Already being a nervouse patient i tried my best not to go into a panick. The experience was horrible and i was made to feel that it was all my fault that my teeth are the way they are which i understand but no need to make me feel bad,i vowed never to return to this practise again until my husband convinced me saying they are only human give them another chance so i did.The dentist surgery is now under new management and i must say the new dentist is absolutely lovely, i felt nothing but at ease with her but feel annoyed that due to family circumstances and me being ill has got me nothing but to be felt like i am wasting the practises time, yes i was booked in to get my filling refilled again as it came out but i rearranged my appointment numerous times due to either not having child care or me being ill eg currently i have a chest infection and also i am on a nightshift as we speak, i was told on the phone many people come in after having done a nightshift, which i understand but do they have 3 children all under the age of 5?do they have a teething baby who has kept them up most of the night?do they have a chest infection straight after recovering from a sinus infection???I have no joy in ringing the practise and rearranging appointments but for gods sake please show some compassion? Iv had to justify all this on here, i will be looking into finding another practise soon.Quite dissapointed

Rang this morning for an urgent appointment. I was given a 12:30 slot. I cannot fault my treatment today. All the staff were friendly and I was looked after. My appointment over ran well into their dinner hour.I was so very grateful for them fitting me in and giving me the treatment to ease my pain in time for my holiday.Thank you, thank you, thank you.Wonderful dentist practice.

Not happy at all, i had a crown fitted that chipped only 2weeks after i got it fitted and when i went back they said this happens, making me feel like low as i can not do nothing about it, but as i know this happens later down the line, it looks horrible and I feel like people can see it so I try to avoid laughing loud. I also had one tooth that was filled and drilled away, 3times and it been done so many time that it broke on one side and the Dentist says ow its broke! and now got a nasty filling(again another reason to not laugh loud so my mouth don't open wide as it's so noticeable) that now again has chipped away, i have been put through alot of pain and at one point I was crying on the chair as i was so fed up and in pain. The only reason I stuck to this practice was due to distance as i have kids but lessons learnt will not using this practice again, stay well away.

Attended two appointments here. First appointment, sessions were running late which is understandable and forgiveable as I am also a clinician. Second appointment I was given a rushed clean and had some fillings. I was given no instructions on how to maintain the fillings, no verbal or written information, I was rushed in and out, there was no scope to ask questions. The fillings fell out the same day. Deeply unsatisfied.

Reception 10/10 Helpful, pleasant people who are courteous and professional.Dental Hygienist 10/10. Did an incredibly thorough job whilst maintaining a really informative manner. Is a really lovely person also.Dentist 10/10(the lady I saw) Highly efficient, professional and informative. Really instills confidence that she absolutely knows her craft.Communication: 10/10 They use e-mails and phone to contact each other on site and send text message reminders, something that you'd expect in 2018 but not being used in awful surgery I just left.Building: 10/10 Spacious, comfortable, TV. Nice atmosphere.Parking: 5/10 If you're not good at parking then don't even attempt to go up that alley or block the entrance with your car. Even if you get in you may struggle to get out again. This is not the surgery's fault though.Overall 10/10 a fantastic Dental Practice.
