Nice old fashioned pub. Good selection of real ales and one cider. The tree growing in the gents is something different.
Great ale selection changing every week. Great before the football.
There's no chance of having a few pre-match beers here, 2 people serving, 15 minutes to get a pint, it's too long and a shame, one more person behind the bar would help, the beer wasn't too bad but I won't be returning unless the infrastructure is upgraded-I don't anticipate it getting less busier.
Great atmosphere, lovely staff, fab beer and ale. The only small complaint I'd make is that it's cash only, although there is an ATM across the road but it's hit and miss whether it's working.
