I was appalled. I witnessed an atrocity of an experience with my time at your restaurant. Listen here mate, I dont know what was worse, the scab in my drink or the woman sat on the table opposite us wearing some tacky leopard print leggings. Let me start with the scab, I ordered their medium Merlot (which looked like a white wine but still tasted like Merlot for some reason) and I found a scab floating right on the surface of the drink. Revolting. Now let me go onto the leopard print leggings, they were abysmal they were some very cheesy looking leggings and whats worse is she wore them with some white nurse looking shoes. It didnt help that she stunk of fish too. But the worst part was when we ordered the Ribeye and there was a bludclart rat hair in my food. I swear the hair spoke to me in a language that is extinct from like 180 years ago. Then I tried to complain to the female owner only to be told that the hair adds more flavour to the food. I swear I wouldve looked past the scabby white Merlot and maybe couldve looked past the rat hair if it wasnt for those god awful leggings. So you tell me
Iv eaten here on quite a few occasions now with varying food intolerances and allergies to cater for. The standard of menu, both food and drinks is excellent. The service staff are exceptionally polite and do seem to go that extra mile to make you welcome and comfortable. It has been said that the restaurant which is Italian food based is a little pricey, but I do think the quality of food and service is premium so I would expect the costs to fit this. Highly recommend
