Service is slow over the phone, I have rang before and the lady often says she will ring you back! They are loosing out on sales! Just take and write down the order! Unsure if I would order again. Was going to be my third order! My second order i said i wanted almonds on the side of the cake but they did not add! Rang up another shop they were fast and took my order right away. The lady rang me in her own time, by then i told her i placed a order with another shop, her response with attitude Was, fine then, It's your loss for not taking a order! Customer service is not good! Is this how you response and talk to your customers with attitude!
