Very disappointed, ordered a cake for my sons birthday was very excited till I open the box,, writing was so bad cream wasn't fresh and the cake disgusting had to put it in the bin, good thing we have Sainsbury's round the corner they do better cakes then you lot... Will never order from ab cakes again NEVER
Terrible service and communication issues, when I initially ordered two cakes on the same day one rather large and expensive I paid a deposit after settling the total amount only for the main man who runs the business to over charge me and then had spoken rudely to me, not an apology or any signs of being remorseful. In addition to this, the cake I was over charged for was nothing like what I asked for or unexpected and the sponge was very dry and stale. Total waste of money, horrendous services and I would definitely not suggest using this inexperienced or rude business.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star but cannot post without a star.Really disappointed with the cake.Looked awful and tacky, not the service you expect from a cake shop! Looked like no effort had been put in, I had a phone call on the day to confirm details of the cake....so no thought was put into making the cake until the day it was supposed to be picked up.Definately would not order a cake from here again!Awful!
Been using AB cakes for a few years now. Very reliable and even gets cakes ready at short notice. Brilliant cakes and great service. Highly recommend.
