Friendly, understanding staff. Need to spend time looking through stock to find the gems. Ask staff if you have a particular item in mind. Good for wedding and school shoes

If the sales assistant that was in there when I went in could be bothered to stand when talking to customers they might sell a few more shoes. Ignorant and condescending behaviour and attitude does not work when serving customers. This is the second time in the last 12 months I have popped in to attempt to buy school shoes and been left frustrated by the same staff member. I won't be going back! Shame really the staff used to be welcoming and helpful but maybe it's just one bad apple!!
