Great service, Mick was very knowledgeable and as this was my first ever caravan, took loads of time to run through how the caravan features work (ie heating etc) before I left. The one thing I was most impressed with, there was no 'hard sell', they let you know they were there if you needed them but left you to look around in peace. Every little niggly fault which I spotted while looking round the caravan was also address before I picked it up. I appreciate everyone's experience is different but overall I would definately use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
