I contacted BRS because of the number of 5* reviews. Sadly, my experience has not been positive. Made an appointment. Terry did not show up at agreed time. I chased this up. I understood why he did not show up and it was obvious it could not be helped. I was pleased that he was able to get someone else to come out albeit later than expected. Quote promptly given. After finding out further work was needed, I called again for re-quote. Arranged a day for visit. Again, no show.
Contacted Terry from best roofing services, with regards to an emergency leak on my extension. From the first phone call he put me straight at ease as he was so understanding and professional. Sure enough Terry and his team fixed my roof to a very high standard and in a timely manner, and I have not had a problem since. I would definitely highly recommend.
Had a brand new kitchen/extension flat roof stripped and re done by Terry and his team, the communication right from the beggining was second to none, nothing was too much trouble! Terry and his team have just finished a full re-roof on our property. Arrived on time just like they stated, whole job finished within 4 days, very clean, fast and tidy workers. Nothing was any trouble. Would highly recommend, price very reasonable, will be using them again for some other work! Top lads!
Thank you Terry and your team ! My kitchen ceiling was leaking and the water was coming through a light fitting. Best Roofing Service visited me within an hour and looked at the job. The quote was very reasonable. A couple of days later and Terry came with his workmen, all the equipment he needed was on his van and they completed the job. NO MESS, NO HASSLE. Fabulous service and very cheap for the amount of repairs needed. I felt very much at ease the whole time they were here. very professional workmen nice people and good prices !
