Those 2 indian women form ther they ar so arrogat, if you ask them anything they get so offended and they are not will to help you at all. I absolutely hate this post office and I have to deal with them almost weekly becose it's the closest from my house.
I went on a Saturday at 12:20 to collect a parcel. There was a queue of 15 people waiting for the post office, all the way to the front door. There was only 1 member of staff behind the post office counter, serving slowly. I had to wait 45 minutes to get to the front of the queue... apparently it is not busy on other days, or at other times....
Very long waiting times to post a parcel as only one member of staff is available. Heard her say that nobody is forced to wait in the queue when not a single person complained. There are other local post offices which may offer better service.
