The woman in the Post Office is extremely rude, very unfriendly and unhelpful. Customer Service, yeh right!
Had to walk around the shop twice just to buy an envelope and a stamp, staff members rude- one was uninterested and speaking on the phone to someone while serving me and the lady behind the Royal Mail counter seemed bemused when I asked for a pack of stamps, and in what quantities they sell them. She asked How many do you want? One? If Im asking for a pack, usually I want more than one, surely thats obvious!
Just to let the people know (esp those who have left disparaging comments previously) - I know the rude counter lady you speak of, she was a right one! Happily, the post office is now run by the lovely Mick & Sheila, who Ive had the pleasure of knowing for many years. All workers there are now friendly and helpful/professional. Enjoy!
I have given this Post Office 5 Stars & Wish I Could have given it 6!, Staff are Lovely & Helpful!, It is not the biggest Post Office & Space can be an Issue but the Customer Service Makes well up for that!.
Definitely won't be going there again ! Awful customer service! Unless you're desperate i would avoid that shop; completely a waste of time and money ! Called up the shop had no apology for the rude behaviour I experienced! I'd recommend merryhill Wolverhampton's post office 100x better.
