excellent and friendly service mostly i visit there 4 -5 time a week....
HiPost Office was open at 07:30am. Was able to post my items on route to work. Fast and Efficient service. Brilliant
Unfriendly, rude service completely unnecessarily....It is not a good idea to respond to a polite and courteous customer in a rude, hostile and dismissive manner. You are not doing me a favour by serving me....I am doing you a favour by purchasing goods and services from you...I observed warm friendly service to White customers and utter contempt and hostility towards Black customers...UTTERLY DISGUSTING! ...and will not be forgotten.....I will use another Post office in future.
I had a parcel for Parcelforce and I only needed to drop it off to any available post office and this was the closest. The man behind the counter said, with an aggressive tone and gestures, that if I leave the parcel here he wont accept responsibility for damage, theft etc. The man was extremely rude, and the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. I will never go to this post office again and I wont ever recommend it to anyone ever.
Terrible experience. Not enough staff, and the man who was there was unable to articulate effectively what he was trying to say to me in English. Long wait to get served, and unfriendly customer service. Used to be a great post office until these new owners took over within the last couple of years. Will have to change post office, as the wait to get served at this one is simply far too long. The younger guy who works here is very polite and pleasant though.
