Recently had to use this parking lot will not use it again the lighting is so poor you cannot see what the buttons are for on the machine ended up paying twice because I could not see which button to amend the price on having incorrectly pressed the wrong time expiry had a similar problem last year people are cueing because of the lack of light to the machine not sure what they have to press ridiculous. Main ticket machine not working no lights lit felt very unsafe fumbling in the dark as a wheelchair disabled driver and 3.20 for the privilege not NCP fault but as you leave the car park towards the Theatre the council have blocked every dropped path so in all my evening theatre trip was compromised Wednesday 10th October 2018
My daughter took me to the railway station at Wolverhampton and so used the NCP multi storey car park at the station for the free 30 min duration. However my train was cancelled by Arriva Wales Trains 5 mins before arrival so my daughter had to assist me with enquiries at both the ticket office and customer lounge. By the time alternative travel arrangements had been made (which meant I had to travel the next day) my daughter had gone over the 30 mins and had been charged 5 which would not have happened had Arriva not cancelled the train at the last minute. I tried to fill in an online form on NCP's website but for some reason the refund page doesn't work despite using two different browsers! I feel NCP don't really want to help!!!
Cheapest parking around
Can be difficult to park on some days but ideal location for courts and not too expensive as car parks go. 5 for the whole day.
