Avoid this business at all costs I purchased a safe from them and they missed the first install date with no notification. With all maintenance I rescheduled and it was installed I requested spare keys and we found out the safe was discontinued so no spares available. To those credit 2 weeks later the did manage to locate some spares I also requested the install of a deadbolt but alas this took 3 missed appointments . Again no notification that they would not show. On all three occasions I stayed home from work to wait for them. This is customer service at its worst . I always try to support local businesses but a business like this deserves no support - AVOID!!!
Really pleased with the service from these guys. Ordered some keys from them and was impressed with the speed of the service and how friendly the chap I spoke to was.
