I went to them to get a form signed. The man at reception told me to come in the next day and told me it was 80. I came the next day and no Solicitor was there and the price was actually wrong. I told the man I work nights but still no one was there. I would not use them again. He got the price wrong and didnt call me to tell me there was no Solicitor. The Solicitor apologised to me later. The man didnt even call to say sorry. I had to drive from a night shift to the office. Im very disappointed.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. No customer service, never answer the phone or ring you back. Waste of time. Do not use!
My Wife attended this firm for a sponsorship. I checked that there would be someone over the phone who could speak Punjabi and was told that there was. I was told to send her to the office for 2pm by a guy on the phone. She traveled a whole hour and 30 minutes in traffic to get to this firm only to be faced by a person who couldn't speak Punjabi and was rude at reception and she was then told a solicitor was not available. My wife expressed her frustration and the response was direLuckily a guy came out and spoke to her from the back room and explained the whole situation to her politely in Punjabi. He even offered to get the paperwork ready for her and allowed her the option to attend another day and complete the documents when a solicitor was in. The second person she dealt with spoke to my wife very nicely and it is because of him i let her go again and do the sponsorship. Thank you Mr Anil we will come to you directly in the future.
