Brilliant service
I found this man to be very ignorant. My friend took a coupleof samples of Masons items for Ian Rigby to give his opinionand advice, as my friend had many more items at home which he neededto dispose of. Ian Rigby continued with his work and hardly gaveus the time of day!!! My friend also wanted to buy a watch but dueto his rudeness, needless to say, we would not patronise this man again.
Had lost a diamond from my ring . Ian and his staff were amazing - super helpful and efficient . Having worked myself for a high quality jeweller in darlington st , I was thrilled at the high standard of service I received - they even posted my ring to me - well packaged and by courier . Couldn't ask for better !

This latest experience has confirmed that a better Jeweller doesn't exist. I contacted them as I needed a precious and sentimental ring reset in a very particular way. From start to finish, the service I received was 1st Class, from the welcoming attitude, understanding of my requests and honest expert advise to communication about collection, I couldn't have been in better hands. Ian was recommended to us as a jeweller who really knew his stuff and would be able to help us create a bespoke piece from an old diamond ring. He took time to sit down with us over a cup of tea, appraise the item and suggest what settings and stones would best compliment it. He even drew some sketches for us! He also had some lovely diamond earrings in the shop which were a perfect gift for a family member, so we left with those too. All in all a really enjoyable experience and well be back again.
