Don't like dealing with claims keeps passing the book on to ppl and also stay clear off euna as if u pay cover to fight claims and they would rather pay out and not fight and make you loose your no claims bonus
Do not deal with these people, have been with them for years and have 2 policies, insurance paid in full and needed to cancel policy as I had sold my car!!! and charged 35.00 for the privilige of being a good paying customer.. Mark, the proprietor as he calls himself not willing to waiver the charge for good customers and not a good people person. Absolutely disgusting service... and their people skills are zero!!!! Constant charge for anything you do!!! Honestly dispicable rip off insurers that claim as a broker they need to make money and they make money by charging you to do anything.. they could of said no charge but decided they didn't want to. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... Awful people and awful service....
