We chose Richards for my Grans funeral, they were so helpful and friendly and very informative. The flowers were beautiful and lasted very well for about 2 weeks after the day.

The two girls who run this shop are amazing, hardworking, and I've always had excellent service from them, whether it was with any bouquets I've ordered to be sent, (which have been of an excellent standard), or anything I've gone into the shop to buy. Nothing is too much trouble, for example, when I couldn't get a "congratulations" balloon for my daughter, who had passed all her hairdressing exams, they made their own design onto the balloon with special paint and glitter. Another time, they sifted through their entire stock of heart shaped plaques, to try and find two with matching loving phrases on. Anyone else would have got impatient, but they were just so patient and helpful !! They are friendly too, and are always a pleasure to pop in and visit.!They are only young and really deserve for their business to take off, and I hope it does for them. Its a lovely shop to go and visit, and look at the lovely range of flowers, ornaments, and hanging plaques ,and it certainly deserves for them to be successful !
